Chrome OS devices, such as Chromebook laptops, may have performance or compatibility issues with Vetspire. Lightweight Chromebooks are not recommended for use with Vetspire.

Performance issues resulting from hardware malfunctions or suspected hardware-related problems, including issues with label printers, cannot be troubleshooted by Vetspire Support.
Internet Speed
Because Vetspire is a cloud-based system, meaning your practice accesses your data through the internet, a strong and fast internet connection is required. We recommend a fiber connection for optimal performance. We do not recommend DSL due to inconsistent performance and slower speeds.
Minimum requirement: High-speed broadband with 10 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Compatible Printers
You can download patient, client, and prescription labels from Vetspire that can be printed via thermal printers. The most commonly used label printers are Brother, Zebra, and Dymo 450/550 models.
