Email Template

By default, emails are sent using a white-labeled email format. Enable a default email template or create a new email template using HTML code.

Navigate to More > Admin and find Email Templates under Configure on the left-hand side of the screen.

Use Custom Email Template

By default, emails are sent out using a white-labeled default email format. To design a custom template, do so by selecting YES.

This will be the template if you choose to use a custom HTML template. Include the special variable %%CONTENT%% somewhere in the HTML document. This variable will be replaced with the content of the email to be sent (reminder, etc.).
