Across the top of the Vetspire home page, find a taskbar to navigate Vetspire. The toolbar can be divided into two categories.

Vetspire Support Chat

• Submitted

• Awaiting the client’s reply/review

• In the Development Queue

• In progress with Development Team

• The ticket is resolved - 72 hours for an agent to dispute and re-open

• Closed

This is a permissions-based feature or is managed from the Admin page.
