Go to More > Inventory & Services > Reports > Fulfillment Sources to create and manage your list of fulfillment source records.
When ordering a medication in an encounter, you can select a Fulfillment Source in the prescription details.
To create a Fulfillment Source:

Select Add New +.

Enter the Name of the fulfillment source.

Select if the fulfillment source Is External? (Yes/No).

Select Create.
To edit or delete a fulfillment source, select the fulfillment source name in the grid, and the Edit Fulfillment Source window displays.
