Messages tab

This tab displays all SMS (text) and email messages sent and received through Vetspire with this client. Each message is separated by location. Every email thread is independent, but SMS will be a continuous feed.

• New SMS/New Email: switches between the SMS and email messages

• Conversation Information: go to the Client Information page by clicking the client’s name

• Close Conversation/Reopen Conversation: removes the message from the Open section to the Closed section. If a client responds and the conversation was closed, it will reopen.

• Open/Closed/All:

Open – displays all open conversations with this client
Closed – displays all closed conversations with this client
All – displays open and closed conversations with this client

• Compose: enter message text here

• Just Send: send the message without closing it

• Send & Close: sends the message and closes it. The message will auto-open when the client responds.

• Attachment: add an attachment here. Only photos, videos and text can be sent through SMS. An email will support photo, video and PDF with a max file size of 20 mg.

COMPOSE THE MESSAGE FIRST TO SEND AN ATTACHMENT. ONLY ONE ATTACHMENT PER MESSAGE IS ALLOWED.
