Configure PDFs (Admin)
In More > Admin > Configure > PDFs, you can customize the footer content that displays at the bottom of medical records, invoices, discharge summaries, and other system-generated PDFs. This is useful for:
Displaying clinic disclaimers or legal notices
Including important clinic information, such as contact information, hours of operation, or payment instructions
Branding documents with your clinic’s tagline or slogan
When you edit your General PDF Preferences from the PDFs page, the system saves and applies your changes automatically.

If you need to add client-specific notes to a PDF (such as personalized instructions, payment plan information, or appointment reminders), use the Memo field on an Open invoice instead of customizing the PDF footer. The Memo will display on the finalized invoice PDF.
