The following table describes available data fields for an rDVM profile.

Field

Description

Basic Info

Enter the practice’s contact information, hours of operation, and any notes about the rDVM for your staff.

All Locations, Primary Location

Select one or more locations that communicate with the rDVM in All Locations. You can optionally select the Primary Location that shares information with the rDVM.

More Info

Enter the practice’s website info, Number Of Vets available at the practice, and Distance (miles) from your practice.

We recommend entering the Distance (miles) when the rDVM is linked to only one of your locations. Because rDVMs are configured for the entire organization, the set distance may not be accurate for all locations.

Hospital Preferences

Enter details for how your practice contacts and transfers cases to the rDVM.

Contacts

Add the practice’s staff members and their contact information.

Events

Select Show Current Events to view a historical log of updates to the rDVM profile.
