Task Categories
Task categories display in Dashboard and the My Tasks window under the Category column. By displaying as a tag on the task, task categories act as visual indicators for quickly referencing the work that a task involves.

To create a task category:
Go to More > Admin > Configure > Task Categories.
Select Add New Category. A new row is then added to the list.
Enter the Task Category Name.
Your changes are automatically saved. Task category tag colors are selected by the system and cannot be edited.
When creating a task, you can select the task category from the Category drop-down menu.
