Appointment Deletion Log
THE Calendar AND Appt Deletion Log VIEW MAY BE TOGGLED BY CLICKING THE THREE HORIZONTAL LINES NEXT TO New Appointment.
Locate the appointment deletion log below the calendar and shows information for deleted appointments and events.
If a staff member deleted an appointment from the schedule using the trash can icon, the person and the time the appointment was deleted would show here.
If an appointment is canceled using the dropdown by the staff or canceled by the Pet Parent through text reminders, the deletion log will show the appointment as canceled.
Depending on the organization settings, a no-show will either remain on a schedule and be marked as a No Show or will appear in the Deletion Log as if it was deleted by using the trash can icon.
This feature is managed by your organization under the Admin section.
The changelog may be seen under the history if the appointment is still on the schedule. When an appointment is moved, it will also show as the changelog. Once the appointment is removed from the schedule, the changelog is deleted.
