Chart

The Chart tab contains all communications, labs, encounters, tasks, and uploads, and the chart may be filtered using the options on the left side. To clear a filter, click ALL at the top.

• Search: Search the entire medical record for any word or billable item contained in that record.

• New Appt: See Schedule an Appointment for more information

• Upload: Use this button to attach any document, picture, lab results that do not automatically transfer, or anything else as part of the medical record. Only .pdf and .jpeg files are supported.

• New: Create general notes or encounters not associated with an appointment.

The items on the left-hand column are filters.

THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE TEMPLATES IS AVAILABLE. CREATE AS MEANY TEMPLATES AS NECESSARY TO DEFAULT WITH EDITABLE, FREQUENTLY USED LANGUAGE.

CREATE A TICKET WITH SUPPORT.VETSPIRE.COMTO HAVE A NEW ENCOUNTER TEMPLATE CREATED.
