Compliance Dashboard

The Compliance Dashboard, accessed from the More menu, displays patients with overdue reminders by your selected location and date range. The Compliance Dashboard includes the following columns:

• Patient: The client and patient names

• Protocol Due: The name of the protocol and its due date

• Last Reminder Sent: The most recent date that the client was sent a reminder

• Last Visit: The date of the patient’s last appointment

• Next Visit: The date of the patient’s next appointment, if scheduled

• Phone: The client’s phone number

• Contact: Select the Email icon to send a reminder via email or select the Chat icon to send a reminder via SMS (text) message

Use the search bar in the Patient column to locate a specific patient or client in the Compliance Dashboard.

Use the search bar in the Protocol Due column to filter the Compliance Dashboard to display only patients with a specific due protocol or immunization.
