Consent Forms
Navigate to More > Admin and find Consent Forms under Configure on the left-hand side of the screen.
Set the toggle to Enable or Disable consent forms for the Organization.
Build custom consent forms using basic HTML, text and Allowed Variables.
A signature box will auto appear when the consent form is presented to the client in Vetspire.
DO NOT USE ANY IMAGES IN THE CONSENT FORMS UNLESS INCORPORATING THE CLINIC’S LOGO.
CONSENT FORMS MAY ONLY BE DISABLED. ONCE CREATED, THEY MAY NOT BE DELETED.
