Cubex: How to Set up the Integration

Cubex will provide the credentials needed for the integration.  Please reach out directly to Cubex at interfaces@cubex.com for these credentials.  They should be received at least 4-weeks before Go Live.

Below is an example of the information Cubex will send.  Note: These credentials are unique for each practice. Do not use the information below.

Note: Notice that the DBName and the DBLogin are similar.  The integration will not work if these are not exact.

Cubex will provide a list of users and products that need to be mapped. These should be given to the Lead Implementor for the Practice.

Support Process

  1. In Vetspire, navigate to More > Admin > Locations

  2. Search for and select the location to be set up.

  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section and select Edit.

  4. In the pop-up box, select Cubex.

  5. In the new section, select Yes to Enable Cubex.

  6. Enter the information Cubex provided in the remaining fields.

  7. Select Save.

NOTE: THERE IS NO TEST FOR THIS INTEGRATION. CUBEX AND THE HOSPITAL/CLINIC MUST CONTACT VETSPIRE SUPPORT IF THERE ARE ISSUES.
