Manage Your User Profile | Vetspire User Manual

You can access your Vetspire user profile from the upper-right corner of the application to view and update your information and preferences.

The My Profile page includes three sections: General, Preferences, Licenses. Use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate through the available settings.

The following table describes available settings in My Profile.

Profile Section	Available Settings
General	Information: Change your Title, Given Name, Family Name, and Username. (Email cannot be changed) Enter your professional bio. Assign your default login location (if you have access to multiple locations but prefer a specific location as the default upon logging in). Electronic Signature: Upload your electronic signature to print on documents that include attestations, such as rabies certificates and prescriptions. Profile Picture: Upload a profile picture (for internal use only). Change Your Password: Reset your password for login as needed.
Preferences	Preferences: Email Reference Lab Notifications: Receive an update via email when a reference lab result is complete. Email In-House Lab Notifications: Receive an update via email when an in-house lab result is complete. Forward inbound SMS messages to email: Receive a copy of SMS messages from clients via email. Email rDVM Marketing Notifications: Receive notifications from the rDVM Marketing Tool, if enabled for your location, via email. Email Tasks when assigned and completed: Receive updates via email when a patient task or personal task is assigned to you and when the task is completed. Enable inbox notifications: Receive system notifications for new messages in your personal inbox. Add me to license tasks for all users: Assign yourself to all new tasks across your organization. AI Scribe Preferences: (For organizations using Vetspire AI) Add and edit personalized AI Scribe instructions for each encounter template.
