Schedule or set a reminder for a follow-up visit. If a follow-up appointment has already been set, it will show here.
Select New Appointment to schedule a follow-up visit for the patient. The appointment window and schedule accordingly.
Select Set Appt Reminder to schedule an automated reminder for a follow-up visit and complete the fields accordingly. If an appointment reminder is set, an email is sent to the primary email, or a text reminder will go to the primary phone if the Pet Patent has opted in for reminders.
Click the PENCIL icon to edit or the TRASH CAN icon to delete.
