To the right of the search bar, find the hospital chat history. This field is a historical account of messages generated. A red number indicating the number of messages will appear above the chat icon when a new chat message is available.
The chat is not client-facing
The chat is location wide, not organization-wide. The intended receiver cannot be specified.
