Immunizations
The Immunizations screen displays the patient's current, historical, and discontinued immunizations. The immunization type, administration site, manufacturer, lot number, date of administration, due date, and any applicable notes are available here.
The New Immunization button is used for entering historical vaccines without opening a new encounter.
⚠ It is not recommended to use this button for entering administered vaccines. Enter immunizations through the patient encounter.
To Delete the Immunization, use the trash can at the right of the row. This does not delete the immunization from the chart.
This is a permissions-based feature or is managed from the Admin page.
The Download Latest Immunization Record button will download or email the latest immunization record to send the latest or full immunization history to the primary email address.
