Manage rDVM
To use the service, navigate to Admin, then, under Configure, select rDVMs.
Set the toggle for Include rDVM’s with no location to On and search for the desired location.
If the desired rDVM is not present select Add New to the right.
Select Edit Details and manually enter the required details:
(Location) Name
Address
Phone number
Fax number
Email: 1Faxnumber@send.mfax.io
EXAMPLE: 15556543333@SEND.MFAX.IO
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT ADD A LOCATION OR PRIMARY LOCATION. LEAVE THESE FIELDS BLANK. IF THERE IS NO FAX AVAILABLE, DO NOT ADD A rDVM.
