Client or Patient Search

BEST PRACTICE: SEARCH BY THE PHONE NUMBER.

1. From the right-hand end of the Home page toolbar, enter the desired search requirements into the Search clients or patients text box in the top right. Search for:

   • Client name

   • Patient name

   • Any phone number associated with the account

   • Client ID

   • Patient ID

2. Select the desired client or patient from the drop-down to be taken to that client or patient’s information page.

Client ID AND Patient ID MAY OVERLAP AND CO-OWNERS ARE NOT SEARCHABLE.
