Private Notes
To make notes in the medical record that only your team can access, use the Private Note encounter.
WHEN MEDICAL RECORDS ARE DOWNLOADED OR PRINTED, PRIVATE NOTES ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS INCLUSION IS SELECTED.
Navigate to the client chart and choose the Private Note encounter.
Enter your note and Sign the encounter when finished.
