Remove/Discontinue Vaccine Reminders

To maintain a historical record of vaccines but remove a pet’s vaccine when they receive a vaccine that is the same but a different SKU, mark the vaccine as discontinued.

  1. Navigate to the desired patient and open the Immunizations tab.

2. Select the vaccine to discontinue. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select the Discontinued? field.

3. Select Yes, then click the Update button.

4. Perform a hard refresh to see if the vaccine is still on the Immunization list but is not in the Vaccine Reminders.
