Vaccine History

To send the vaccine history:

  1. Navigate to the patient screen and select the Immunizations tab.

  2. From the bottom of the screen, click the down arrow next to Download Latest Immunizations Record and select from:

    • Download Latest Immunizations Record

    • Email Latest Immunizations Record to Client

    • Download All Immunizations Record

    • Email All Immunizations Record to Client

  3. Select OK to clear the popup notification for the download or email.
