Verify Client Email

Navigate to the Client tab.

1. Select the Verify button next to the email to verify an email address.

2. Select OK in the pop-up asking to send an email to this address for verification.

3. The Verify button will turn green to indicate a verification email is sent but still unverified. Hover over the green Verify button to see when the email was sent.

4. Once the client verifies the email address, the Verify button will change to a green checkmark.

5. Hover over the checkmark to see when the address was verified.

If changes to the email address are made, the green checkmark will revert to the gray Verify button.

The email verification may be automatically sent if the toggle is turned on for Upon invoice finalization prompt to send out email verification to client. Find this setting under Admin > Preferences.
