Wellness Plans
Wellness plans allow clients to enroll in plans that include a list of services they can redeem over the year. They are charged at a flat monthly, quarterly, or yearly rate.
Wellness plans are not transferable from client to client or pet or pet. A pet can not be transferred from or to another client until a plan has ended or is canceled.
Navigate to Financials > Wellness Plans
under Manage on the far left-hand side.
Add New Plan
Select Add New to add a new Wellness Plan.
Complete the required fields.
Review or Edit a Plan
Toggle the plan to make it viewable or hidden.
Select a plan to edit or review the plan.
Refresh the Plan
When the Refresh button is selected, a warning appears.
