Wellness Plans
Clients enrolled in a wellness plan can redeem the plan’s services over a year. You can configure your wellness plan to charge clients a flat monthly, quarterly, or yearly enrollment fee.
Wellness plans are non-transferable.
Wellness plans cannot be transferred from client to client or from patient to patient.
A patient currently enrolled in a wellness plan cannot be transferred from or to another client until the plan ends or is canceled.
Go to Financials > Manage > Wellness Plans to add and edit your practice’s wellness plans.
Add New Wellness Plan
Select Add New to add a new Wellness Plan.
Complete the required fields.
Review or Edit a Wellness Plan
Toggle the plan to make it viewable or hidden.
Select a plan to edit or review the plan.
Refresh a Wellness Plan
When the Refresh button is selected, a warning appears: “Are you sure you want to refresh all patient plans associated with [Plan Name] Wellness Plan?” Select OK to confirm.
Refreshing a wellness plan adds any new required plan options to all existing plans. Vetspire will not automatically delete existing plan options once added, so please confirm that you want all required plan options reflected in all patient plans.
