Add New Staff Member
Navigate to More > Admin > Staff > Users
and select the ADD NEW STAFF MEMBER button.
Complete the following fields to add a new veterinarian or staff member, then click Create New Provider.
Title
Given Name
Family Name
Username
Email: the email address MUST be active.
WARNING: DO NOT ENTER AN EMAIL ADDRESS UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE EMAIL IS CREATED OR ACTIVATED.
IF THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS ENTERED PREMATURELY, THE VERIFICATION WILL BOUNCE AND BLOCK THE EMAIL. THE EMAIL BLOCK MAY ONLY BE REMOVED BY VETSPIRE SUPPORT.
Veterinarian?
Groomer?
Relief Vet?
Administrator?
Role: User screen Roles are created under the User Roles screen.
Created in the Users Window under Roles
Locations: Confirm the current Location.
If the correct location is unavailable from the dropdown, add the Location. Multiple Locations may be selected.
This is a permissions-based feature or is managed in your organization’s Admin settings.
