From Global Navigation, you can create a task for yourself or other clinic staff that is not associated with a client or patient.
To create a task:

Select Tasks in Global Navigation, then select New Task to open the New Task window.

Enter the task Title and Description.

By default, you will be listed in the Assignees field. You can optionally remove yourself from the assignees by selecting the X.
To reassign the task, do one of the following:-
Add additional assignees from the drop-down menu.

Assign the task to a Task Group in the Assign to a Group field.

Use the calendar icon to select the task Due Date.

Select the task Category from the drop-down menu (such as Call Back, Technician Follow Up, or General To Do).

Set the importance of the task in the Priority field: Normal, Urgent, or STAT.

Select Save.
Where does the saved task display?
When you create a task for yourself, the task displays in the My Tasks window when you select Tasks in Global Navigation.
When you create a task for another user, the task displays in Dashboard > Tasks > Location Tasks.
