Delete and Merge rDVM
This is a permissions-based feature or is managed from the Admin page.
Merge rDVM
Navigate to More > Amin> and find rDVM under Configure.
Confirm the referral is in Vetspire. Create or Edit rDVM Details as necessary. If the rDVM is not showing in the list, toggle Include rDVMs with no location.
Select the secondary rDVM to merge.
Choose Merge rDVM into Another.
Select the primary rDVM Practice Name from the drop-down, then select Merge rDVM.
Confirm the merge in the pop-up.
THIS ACTION DELETES THE SECONDARY rDVM AND PLACES ALL THEIR ASSIGNED PATIENT RECORDS UNDER THE PRIMARY rDVM.
IT DOES NOT REPLACE THE SECONDARY BASIC INFO WITH THE PRIMARY BASIC INFO.
THIS ACTION IS IRREVERSIBLE.
Delete rDVM
Navigate to More > Amin> and find rDVM under Configure.
Select the rDVM to delete and click the red Delete rDVM button. Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
Refresh the screen and the rDVM is gone.
