Quick Reference Sidebar
This sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen pulls from several tabs to make essential information quickly accessible no matter which Patient tab you are in.
Patient Note: use this text box for general patient notes, not part of the medical record.

Allergies: pulls from the Info tab to show active allergies. The date in parenthesis is the month, and year the allergy was noted.
To create a new allergy, click the ➕ .
To edit or delete an allergy, hover over the allergy and click the pencil icon on the right-hand side. Changes made here will be reflected in the Info tab.
Vaccine Reminders: A list of all vaccines not discontinued.
Red is an overdue vaccine
Orange is due within the next 21 days
Problem List: this list is pulled from the Patient Info tab to show active and resolved problems. The date in parenthesis is the month, and year the problem was noted.
Search for a problem by typing
To add a new problem, click the ➕ and select or create the new problem. Choose the onset date and DONE.
To resolve a problem, click on the problem and select RESOLVE.
To permanently delete a problem, click on it and select the down arrow to the right of RESOLVE and select PERMANENTLY DELETE PROBLEM. Changes made here will be reflected in the Patient Info tab.
rDVMs: this is gathered from Client Information and lists any referring hospitals
If there are no rDVMs, this area is blank.
Click the ➕ to search for and add rDVMs to this section. Changes made here will be reflected in the Client Information.
