Adding an image file of a doctor’s signature in Vetspire ensures that their digital signature displays on medical records, prescriptions, attestations, and other documentation.
Vetspire Recommends
We recommend capturing the doctor’s signature on a touchscreen device, such as an iPad. The signature should be on a blank, white or transparent background. Save the clear, high-resolution image as a PNG file.
To add a doctor’s signature in Vetspire:

Go to More > Admin > Staff > Users.

Select the user from the Staff grid to open their profile and the Info tab.

In the Electronic Signature field, select Choose File, then select the signature image from your file explorer.

Select Upload New Signature.
Providers may also upload their signature image file in their My Profile settings > General tab. See Manage Your User Profile for more details.
