Double-Booking

Double-Booking may be toggled on/off to allow double booking online per location within an organization.

IF NOT CURRENTLY ALLOWING DOUBLE BOOKING, THE FEATURE WILL REMAIN OFF UNLESS REQUESTED.

Navigate to More > Admin > Locations > Select Location > Scheduling > Edit Basics > Enable Double Booking.

After enabling double booking, configure appointment types to opt into double booking.

Double-Book with Constraints

To add constraints to force double-booking at the same start time or any time, navigate to

More > Admin > Appointment Types > Select Appointment Type > and select Allow double book with? or  Double booking constraints.
