Reservation Types

Reservation Types are used to ensure correct billing for the boarding reservation.

Select reservation type. Once the reservation is checked-in, an invoice will be generated under billing for each pet in the kennel to ensure any charges coming from encounters or NOVASheets will go to one invoice and not create multiple invoices.

Set Reservation Type Codes

This is a permissions-based feature or is managed from the Admin page.

Manage product types/tags/revenue centers 

1. Navigate to Financials > Types 

2. Create a new Boarding Type and complete the details as needed for your location.

3. Mark Yes to Is Boarding? 

Any products added to the Type will show as a dropdown option when creating the reservation.
