Upload Lab Results for Non-Integrated Labs

1. Download or scan the results onto your computer.

2. Go to Patient Chart, then select Upload to open the Upload Document window.

3. In the Name field, enter the lab name and date the lab was run (example: Heska CBC 7/1/24).

4. In the Category field, select Diagnostics.

5. Select Choose File, then select the file from your computer.

6. Select Upload.

The file is saved to Patient Chart > Uploads, accessed from the left panel of the Chart tab.

At this time, non-integrated labs do not display in Patient Chart > Labs.
