Example: Vanguard Plus 5 DHPP L4 (parvo distemper + lepto)

1. Order combo vaccine and make the duration based on the primary vaccine.

   • The secondarily associated vaccine code will populate automatically. EXAMPLE: LEPTO INCLUDED WITH COMBO

2. Open the associated vaccine code, replace the invalid Next Due Date, and Save.

   • the Lot Number is carried from the parent vaccine.

3. Refresh to update the reminders on the right side.

4. Leave the $0 line item on the invoice so patient reminders will generate.

Build a Combo Vaccine Best Practice

1. Navigate to More > Inventory and Service and follow the steps similar to Add a New Product.

2. Name a product similar to the secondarily associated vaccine. The code will populate automatically. EXAMPLE: LEPTO INCLUDED WITH COMBO

3. Select the primary vaccine. EXAMPLE: VANGUARD PLUS 5 DHPP L4 (PARVO DISTEMPER + LEPTO)

4. Edit the Details.

5. Add linked Products and add the secondary included product.
