Troubleshooting Antech Diagnostic Results in Vetspire
If a patient’s Antech diagnostic results do not transfer into Vetspire (Patient Chart > Diagnostic), the most likely cause is that the Requisition Number on the form sent with the diagnostic samples does not match the Requisition Number on the diagnostic form in Vetspire.
This occurs when a diagnostic is ordered and then deleted and reordered in Vetspire, but a new diagnostic form is not used/sent with the samples. Each diagnostic order in Vetspire has a unique Requisition Number.
The Req No on the diagnostic form generated by Vetspire should match the Order Ref. number in Antech. Contact Antech Support for assistance with sending diagnostic results to Vetspire.
