Troubleshooting Antech Lab Results in Vetspire

If a patient’s Antech lab results do not transfer into Vetspire (Patient Chart > Labs), the most likely cause is that the Requisition Number on the form sent with the lab samples does not match the Requisition Number on the lab form in Vetspire.

This occurs when a lab is ordered and then deleted and reordered in Vetspire, but a new lab form is not used/sent with the lab samples. Each lab order in Vetspire has a unique Requisition Number.

The Req No on the lab form generated by Vetspire should match the Order Ref. number in Antech. Contact Antech Support for assistance with sending lab results to Vetspire.
