Upload Documents
Medical records from another clinic, pictures of a healing incision, or completed physical consent forms may be easily added to the medical history.
Use the Upload tool in a patient's chart to add documents or pictures to the medical record. You can upload a document or picture anywhere you see an Upload button.
There is a file size limit of 50MB for uploaded files.
VIDEOS MAY NOT BE UPLOADED.
Appropriately name the image or document. Choose a relevant category, then select the file from your computer. Select Upload.
IF INFORMATION IS MISSING FROM ANYWHERE IN VETSPIRE, REFRESH THE SCREEN BY HOLDING CTRL + Shift + R ON THE KEYBOARD.
