Macros
Macros are pre-written, customizable text shortcuts that save you time when writing encounter notes, discharge instructions, and your hospital’s text and email communications. No need to type the same things repeatedly!
To create and manage your practice’s macros, go to More > Macros.
You can include variables in macros to tailor your text to patients and clients. Variables automatically populate unique details such as name, breed, microchip number, and even information about your location, rDVM, and provider names.
Macros support bold, italic, and underlined text, numbered lists, and bulleted lists.
