Transfer a Patient from One Client to Another
To transfer a patient to a different client record:
Go to Patient Chart > Info and scroll down to the Transfer Patient section.
Search for and select the appropriate client.

For faster search results, search for the client by their ID.
Select the Transfer Patient to {{Client Name}} button.
A confirmation pop-up displays. Select OK to continue.
The patient’s chart will open under the new client’s account.
Notes About Transferring Patients
If the patient is enrolled in a wellness plan, you must cancel the plan in Patient Chart > Plans before transferring the patient.
Financial records for the previous client do not transfer with the patient.
