There may be scenarios in which a patient is seen by more than one doctor in the same day and has multiple encounters. As long as the client’s Open invoice has not been finalized, all charges added to any of the patient’s open encounters will attach to the same, single invoice.
Once the invoice is finalized, any additional charges will automatically generate a new invoice.
