In Vetspire, Not Rendered and Credit describe two different actions for how products and services are billed and account for.
You can edit a finalized invoice to mark a product or service as Not Rendered, and you can edit a paid invoice to issue a Credit for a billing adjustment.
Definitions:

Not Rendered means that the product or service was ordered but never actually provided or performed for the patient. Please see Edit a Finalized Invoice for more details.

Credit means that the product or service was provided or performed for the patient but was then refunded or canceled. Common scenarios include customer satisfaction and billing corrections. Revenue calculations for the invoice date are adjusted to remove payment collected for the credited product or service. Please see Process a Refund (for Account Credit) for more details.
