Yes! Custom schedule columns are designed to always display on the Schedule calendar in both Day View and Week View. You can link custom schedules to departments and filter Week View to only display specific departments, which then enables you to filter out their linked custom schedules so that those columns do not display.
Org admins can use Location settings to manage departments and custom schedules.
Step 1: Create Org Departments
Go to More > Admin > Configure > Departments to add departments that are available for your entire organization. (You can enable departments for specific locations in Step 2.)

For this workflow, we recommend creating new departments named exactly the same as your custom schedules for easy filtering.
Step 2: Add Departments to Your Location

Go to More > Admin > Locations and select the location you want to edit.

Scroll down to the Departments section of the location settings and select Edit.

Select the plus sign + at the bottom of the Edit Departments window. This opens the Create Department window.

From the Org Department drop-down menu, select the department that you created in Step 1.

Set the Display on Schedule? option to Yes.

Configure other settings as needed, then select Save.
Step 3: Link Department to Custom Schedule

In the settings for the location you edited in Step 2, scroll to the Scheduling section and select Edit, then Edit Schedules. This opens the Edit Schedules window.

At the bottom of the window, select the custom schedule you want to link to a department to expand its details.

In the Department field, select the corresponding department that you created in Step 1. The system automatically saves your changes.
Step 4: Filter Week View to Display Specific Departments
In Week View of the Schedule calendar, select the Filters button and then select the checkboxes next to the departments you only want to view. The Schedule will update to only display columns for providers and custom schedules that are linked to the selected department(s).
