PrintNode

PrintNode is a platform to simplify printing from Vetspire and allows remote printing. It was created to replace Google Cloud Print. It is a service similar to GCP that will allow remote printing to be done from any computer to any installed printer. This service will allow cloud-based printing without having to switch to direct printing. All computers connected to the printer must have a client application from PrintNode installed.

Vetspire doesn't charge for using this integration. Please contact PrintNode for price options.

Set Integration

1. Navigate to More > Admin and under Integrations > PrintNode.

2. Once a PrintNode account is established, PrintNode will provide an API key to allow Vetspire to connect the printers. Enter that API key in the PrintNode integration settings.

   

3. Select the Location from the Admin screen and select your location. Scroll down to Printing, then select Edit.

4. Ensure that No is selected for Direct Print.

5. Select at least one computer. This computer is connected to the desired default printer. Select a PrintNode Paper Size and Label Orientation and Size from this pop-up box.

TO SELECT MULTIPLE COMPUTERS, HOLD THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON ON ANY BLANK SPACE IN THE FIELD AND SELECT ADDITIONAL COMPUTERS.
