rDVM Mass Upload
1. Select the desired rDVM filters.
2. Obtain a template of rDVMs by selecting Download rDVMs or Email rDVMs. The template will be an Excel spreadsheet that includes all existing rDVM’s and their corresponding fields.
IF THE Download TIMES OUT, TRY THE Email BUTTON INSTEAD. FOR LARGE DATASETS, THE EMAIL MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE ARRIVING.
3. Open this file and make edits.
DO NOT change the column headers; the processor will use those.
If a row is removed, the rDVM will not be deleted.
If a row is added, Vetspire will create a new rDVM.
Do NOT change any of the Vetspire IDs in the first column; those are used to match any updates.
If a new row is created, leave the Vetspire ID blank.
4. Save the updated file as a CSV.
5. Choose the file and select Upload & Update.
Vetspire will make all the corresponding updates. This may take a while to complete. Do not leave this page while it is processing.
