THERE IS A $10.00 CHARGE PER LOCATION FOR A FAX NUMBER AND A $0.10 CHARGE PER PAGE FOR EACH FAX SENT.

Use this integrated service to send a fax to rDVMs without leaving Vetspire when an rDVM does not have email, but facsimile services are available.

To buy a fax number, contact Vetspire Support, then navigate to More > Admin >Locations and select the Buy Fax Number button.

Navigate to More > Admin and find rDVM under Configure on the left-hand side of the screen.

Set the toggle for Include rDVM’s with no location to On and search for the desired location.

If the desired rDVM is not present, choose Add New.

Select Edit Details and manually enter the required details:

• Location Name

• Address

• Phone Number

• Fax Number

• Email: 1Faxnumber@send.mfax.io  EXAMPLE: 15556543333@SEND.MFAX.IO

IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT ADD A LOCATION OR PRIMARY LOCATION. LEAVE THESE FIELDS BLANK. IF THERE IS NO FAX AVAILABLE, DO NOT ADD AN rDVM.
